Don Takehara is the Director for Research at The Grainger College of Engineering and will be speaking about the importance of research on campus!
The Grainger College of Engineering Illinois Scholars Undergraduate Research (ISUR) Program is for students who are looking for a structured two-semester research experience with a research learning community.
AI@UIUC is the premiere artificial intelligence student-run organization on campus, focused on fostering talent in artificial intelligence by building, publishing, and collaborating within the field.
Illini Blockchain is the student-led hub for blockchain research, development, and collaboration at the University of Illinois.
NCSA's SPIN (Students Pushing Innovation) program offers paid internships to Illinois students who can contribute to challenging projects with support from members of NCSA's expert staff who act as mentors.
PURE is a student-run program that connects freshmen and sophomores with graduate students for semester-long engineering research projects. Their goal is to provide a portal for students to take part in undergraduate research for the first time.
Women in Computer Science (WCS) is a non-profit, educational student group under the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Computer Science Department. The organization is dedicated to supporting the efforts of young women who are pursuing a career in computer science or show an overall interest in technology.
Illinois Enactus is a social entrepreneurship organization at the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign. They build and develop businesses that serve a social/environmental need, and then delink these enterprises to community groups to take over.
Quant is a premier student-led quantitative research and investment fund designed to empower students with the knowledge needed to succeed in quantitative finance roles.
Every group will have a table set up outside the auditorium to answer any questions you may have while enjoying some pizza and good conversations. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and get some one-on-one time with each organization.
